Pep Guardiola coached Barcelona B to dominate Spanish Second Division. He overhauled the previous team and gave more chances to younger players.

He dumped Ronaldinho who was the world's best play-maker and rejuvenated the team. He discarded Yaya Toure and Eto'o and he still dominated Spain and Club football in general.

He paved the way for Messi' emergence and made Barcelona dominant.

Mourinho can't lay such claims on any team.
