“There’s something big coming up for Wizkid” A source revealed to Pulse.ng “It happened while he was in America. The deal will be the biggest ever signed by an African, and signifies progress for the music business on the continent.” Though the source failed to confirm Sony’s involvement in the deal, several media sources have hinted the label’s involvement with Wiz.
