Hello, I have been trying to use my UBA mastercard online on Facebook, paypal and they are not working. Facebook says "transaction on this card has been cancelled/declined, please try another card or contact your bank." Paypal says something like "we cannot link this card please try another card". I have tried it several times, all showing the same thing. The only place the card works is in places like interswitch where there is a column for filling in your card pin. Please, How can I resolve this issue? |
