FUNPACKS enterprise is a polythene recycling and manufacturing factory start up company located in Benin city, Edo state, sponsored by the federal ministry of trade industry and investment under the GEM project.
It deals in processing raw materials into finished polyethylene bags. We are building a team of innovative young people to help meet our vision and mission.


The job offering is for a position of a female business developer, the job involves rotation among three core sections of the business, which is customer services, sales representative, and management. We practice rotation of duties in order to ensure every worker is experienced in core departments, It's a great opportunity to be part of a new innovative brand that emerged a winner in a federal government grant program and learn more from working with an innovative team of young entrepreneurs, it gives the employee an opportunity to develop herself, as well as learn fast in a challenging work environment.
A good working environment will be provided, with salaries paid every last Friday of the month, also the job comes with a 10% yearly wage rise, and a quarterly bonus of 50%, also free breakfast will be provided every morning. As well as other packages that will be communicated to the employee upon successful interview.

Work hours : 8am - 4pm (Monday - Fridays) and 10am - 2pm on selected Saturdays. However work is flexible, as the workers can be vacated early if the job for the day is done.

Wage structure : 25,000 - 50,000 NGN with a probation period of 6 months after which full salary can be earned, it also comes with 50% quarterly bonus, and 10% yearly wage rise. Extra bonuses are awarded with success at sales department.

Key requirements involves :

1. A bachelors degree with a minimum of second class lower or lower credit (for hnd applicants) from any reputable higher institution (university or polytechnic). Business related courses will have a higher chance of selection. Applicants not older than 27 years as at September 1st 2016 will be more favoured.


2. Good driving skills or willingness to learn as the sales representative department involves using an official vehicle to engage with prospective and existing customers in target areas.

3 . Applicants should posses Excellent communication skills, excellent customer relationship behaviour, and a friendly attitude.

4. Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft office, social media and the Internet in general.

5. Must have a decent look, free from tattoos or unnecessary piercings, and must have a good sense of dressing.
