URGENT VACANCY


Our client, A fast growing clothier with several branches across Lagos has vacancy for the following position
1) Accountant
2) Account officer
3) Production Supervisor
4) customer relations officers. (2)

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
1). Female candidates are preferred for all positions
2) candidates residing outside Lagos need not apply
3) Minimum Qualification OND /ATSWA or equvalent
4) Maximum age for all position is 28 except production supervisor which is 35
5) Experience in a related field or industry will be an added advantage

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT AND DUTIES
1) Accountant:
Requirement:
Minimum of 3yrs experience in accounting Related functions
People management skills
Proficiency in application such as excel, word processing and PowerPoint is a must
Ability To work under pressure and meet deadlines is key
Must be able to prepare basic accounting reports

Duties:
Payroll functions
Account receivables and revenue tracking
Analyze business operations, trends, cost, revenues, financial commitment and obligations to project future budgets and aid decision
Coordinate activities of other accounting staff
Develop, implement , modify and document record keeping and accounting system
Prepare monthly financial reports and weekly financial/operational updates
Relate with banks, tax administrators and other accounts related 3rd parties
Take up other Accounts related responsibility that may from time to time be referred to him

Accounts officer:
Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft words and excel
Good reporting skills

Duties:

Report to accountant
Collate and present accounting transactions
Monitor, control and report on stock levels



3) Supervisors:
Requirement:

Organizational and leadership ability
Communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
3-5 years experience in similar capacity
Duties:
Time scheduling for production staff
Monitoring employees and organizing workflow
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specification
Identify issues with efficiency and suggest improvement
Ensure production turnaround period is met .




4) Customer Service Representatives (2)
Requirement

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Proven customer

Duties:
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Effectively manage incoming calls
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
And follow up to ensure resolution
Keep record of customer data and interactions
