That's not true. One full soccer match use less than 1gb and beside Dstv premium u don't get to watch all live matches but with IPTV or android you watch everything I mean everything from dressing room to the pitch and back.

False there. A full match in HD (720p) will take about 750MB, in fullHD (1080p) will take 1.8-2.5Gb, in UHD (4K resolution), we'd be talking at least 5GB per football match

With your analysis above, you have to scrap "4K Resolution" cos it's not a reality, even DSTV doesn't have equipment or decoder that supports 4K, very few CHANNELS are on 4K or about to use it for coverage in the world, cos many are yet to be fully launched (I stand to be corrected though).

There's no stress in watching any quality that you preferred and I've said it already that "It's your pocket or availability of good INTERNET SPEED that determines if you should go higher than SD channels." You can choose any quality that you want, having a 4K TV doesn't mean you must always WATCH in 4K, in fact, it'll enhanced/optimized the picture quality of SD channels more than you expected, it's like using 3G network on a 4G device(you can be sure of having better speed than 3G on 3G device). So, 144p to 1080p or the new 4K, it's all about choice which anyone can make in a certain situations.
