2016 has been a great year so far in the Nigeria Entertainment Industrywith different sounds coming from our talented artistes.

The long awaited debut albums from our admired talents; Lil Kesh, Kiss Daniel, Patoranking, Adekunle Goldand Reekado Banks are out and doing extremely well. These artistes have successfully carved a niche for themselves in the industry, however, who among them do you think has the best debut album?

Lil Kesh – Y.A.G.I (Young And Getting It):

Lil Kesh released his 19 tracks album under his former record label,YBNL Nation on March 17,2016. Lil Kesh brings it all together on this album a life on the street which is filled with tales of hustle, love, celebration and fights.

Kiss Daniel – New Era:

Kiss Daniel feels like the real deal, combining substance with the pop-adored ‘fineboyism’ to make musicwhich is immersive, content-filled, and worthy of a “New Era.

New Era is a 20-track collection of songs, released on May 14, 2016under G-Worldwide entertainment.

Adekunle Gold – Gold:

The Gold album is nothing but GOLD, according to Adekunle Gold’s fans. YBNL lover boy, who releasedthe 16-track album in June 2016prove everyone that he is here to stay for a very long time. Is Adekunle Gold’s debut album a gold standard for the music industry?

Patoranking – God Over Everything (GOE):

After keeping his fans on a long thing, waiting for his first body of work, Patoranking finally dropped his debut album in August 2016.

The 14-track GOE is a combination of soul, afropop e.t.c. Patorankingshows gratitude to God in this album from raising is life from someone selling rat poison, bricklayer to someone who has been a face of the society (LOL).

Reekado Banks – Spotlight:

Gbedu wey dey burst brain. After winning Headies Next Rated award in January this year, many eyes turned to the Mavin Records well nurtured talent, his debut album became one of the most anticipated albums of 2016.

Prior to the release of ‘Spotlight’ onSeptember 1, Reeky Reeky boasted about his album, saying his debut album will be the best album out of Nigeria, but, can the 21-track ‘Spotlight’ achieve this?

So, let us know “Who Has The Best Debut Album?”

Just calm down and listen to all the tracks in each artiste album and you may get the answer..also remember promotions and hype helps....My humble rating goes thus;

Patoranking:Fair album.5/10...he tried but I didn't feel him..Those he featured in the album did better than him e.g This kind love ft wizkid, ayinde ft wasiu ayinde amongst others..... Well patoranking has made a name for himself in d industry.

Adekunle Gold:Fair album.5/10.he also tried but needs to work on his sounds.. Love the song he featured simi but what the hell is ariwo ko ni music...he sometimes doesn't think out of the box....just there artist .But he's lucky that people still enjoy his gbedu.

Lil kesh: Fairly Good.6/10..The street man did not really give me d lamba in the his album...I love "ishe", yaya oyoyo ft davido, problem child, life of a star adekunle gold... He wasn't dynamic enough... that same thing I hear in him.....but baba still dey ball.
Kiss Daniel:Good.7.5/10..kiss daniel really tried and am impressed... From mama, jumbo, nothing dey,All God,duro amongst others.. The only problem I have with him is that he's just too incoherent..please we need to hear your lyrics well..love the voice, and his lyrical ability......well done boss

Reekado banks:Good.8/10: Reeky, nice sounds. So dynamic.. fusing from afro to highlife to dancehall to sukus.so many good jam .I like baby oku, change, biggy man ft falz, Gbagbe, move,Problem(Club hitter), ladies And Gentlemen (party partyparty kiss),Oluwa ni remix ft sarkodie,na ur boy(but sounds like wizkid holla at ur boy).....Reekado banks really did quite great..he almost killed the album by saying it would be d best album in d next ten years or last 10 years..hmmmn..uncle Reekado banks that wasn't necessary cause u kept ur fans on tthat high expectation of an album better than wizkid and wande coal's first album...it wasnt baba

This is my own review. Everyone is entitled to their opinion..constructive criticism is allowed......
