Your inability to manage your speech life appropriately may be the reasons for your failed relationships and setbacks in other established social contracts. As you begin extensive work on effective speech life management, you'll begin to enjoy yourself and all the benefits people around you can actually offer you.

First, you will gain adequate self control over your utterances. You wont say what you never intended. Loose talks are always the bedrock of saying the unintended, which later causes commotions, backbites, hatred, malice keeping and broken relationships.

Psychologically, our brains work 3times faster than our minds, even sometimes more. The more you loose control of what you say, the more your mind gets empowered over your brain. As soon as the mind gets to, lets say, 75% control, what takes over your speech life are things you never intended to let out. Thats when emotions begin to supercede your thoughts, your feelings will then blind the eyes of your brain, cerebrum, and you tend to seek immediate gratifications through anger and fear.

My message for you this week is to always speak less to make people ask for more. If you have 5 points on an issue, release 3points and keep the best 2 for them to keep coming back. Say the right words not what you feel like saying. Tell the truth always, even at the presence of anger and fear. Take absolute control of your speech life. Stop pleasing others, start pleasing your conscience. Express your mind freely but endeavor to be concise and clear. "Oh I forgot to say this", dont panic, be thankful for not saying them. Always remember to think more and talk less!

Have a fantastic week ahead !!!
