We are looking for the brightest, most ambitious go-getters and recent graduates (Bachelor's or Master's within the past 5 years) to join us in excelling and growing beyond our greatest expectations. We are specifically recruiting for the following positions:

Sales Leaders, Sourcing Managers, Head of Operations, Head of Sales, Models, Accountants, Photographers, Business Development Managers, Graduates & Interns.


1. Sales Leader(s) - Field & Digital
This is one of our most important front-office positions. You totally must be a people-person, a public-speaker, a friendly-gem. If you are looking for a fun position that would provide you ample opportunities to socialize and network then by all means, apply. Otherwise, this job is not for you.
Our sales representatives are ambitious go-getters and unique leaders. Super-confident, energetic, fashionable, neat, sharp, intelligent and daring are some characteristics we would use to describe our sales leaders.
Applicants should preferably have a Bachelor's degree from a notable university or a Master's degree. First considerations will be given to first class and second-class upper graduates.

2. Head of Operations - Master's/ MBA degree preferred. UK/USA work experience preferred. Entrepreneurship or e-commerce work experience preferred. Ambitious and super confident candidates preferred.
The HOO will serve as the CEO's right-hand eager beaver in delivering on all operational mandates for Dressmeoutlet.com. HOS will manage several direct reports and must be a people person, skilled in general management, human resources management, financial analysis, business development, operations management and supply chain management.
HOO must have a B.Sc. in Process Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and should preferably have a Master's degree.
Must be a relentless go-getter. Must be energetic, self-driven, team-obsessed and super-ready to grow as an entrepreneur and leader.


3. Head of Sales - MBA degree preferred. UK/USA work experience preferred. Entrepreneurship or e-commerce sales experience preferred. Ambitious and confident candidates please apply.
The Head of Sales (HOS) will serve as the CEO's right-hand eager beaver in maximizing revenue. HOS must be a people person, skilled in sales, general management, human resources management, entrepreneurship and sales & marketing.
Must be strongly familiar with Dressmeoutlet.com's products and services. Must have previous sales and retail work experience of at least 3 years.
HOS must have a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and should preferably have an MBA. It would be advantageous for the HOS to have solid work experience in sales force development, e-commerce management, digital marketing, media and Communications. Must be energetic, Independent, KPI-driven, team-obsessed and super-ready to excel as an entrepreneur and leader.

4. Company Studio Photographer & Digital Creative Analyst
Proficiency in digital photography, studio lighting, Photoshop software and Lightroom software. Must be somewhat knowledgeable in graphics and web designing. Expected to be creative and very organized.
Must have a yearn for perfection and a drive for excellence - critically important.
Must be a leader with the capabilities to grow his/her own in-house team.
Must be dedicated to the position full-time and long-term.

5. Accountant/ Financial Planner
Will be in charge of monitoring company financials and compiling statements. Job tasks will include forecasting, budgeting, planning and reviewing financials.
Will be expected to attend all weekly management meetings.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's preferred.
Must be a member of ICAN or ACCA OR working towards being a member within 3 months of employment.

6. Sourcing & Vendor Account Managers
This is one of our most important front-office positions. You will liaise frequently with vendors and manufacturers across the fashion and beauty industries.
You will be assigned an account group to manage. You totally must be a people-person, a public-speaker, a friendly-gem. If you are looking for a fun position that would provide you ample opportunities to socialize and network then by all means, apply. Otherwise, this job is not for you.

7. Human Resources Manager
This is one of our most important management positions. Human Resources Manager (HRM) will report directly to the CEO and will be in charge of ensuring excellent conduct and professionalism from all employees at all times.
HRM will manage employee handbooks, trainings and all other matters related to ensuring employees are growing and excelling in their positions.
HRM applicants should preferably have a Bachelor's degree from a notable university.


8. Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be in charge of ensuring constant innovation, efficiency and process improvements from Team Dressmeoutlet.com.
BDM will work with the legal team to register patents, work with the operations team to improve processes and work with the sales team to maximize revenue.
BDM will review all data analytics and will continue to ensure the lowest rate of returns and the highest satisfaction rate from customers.
BDM will frequently be invited to management meetings.
BDM will increase partnerships and manage internal programs including the Style Champions and the Creative Entrepreneurs Program. BDM will also manage some aspects of quality and pricing analytics.


9. Graduates & Interns - Operations Rotational Program
Will rotate in roles related to Blogging, Search Engine Optimization, Warehouse management, Manufacturing, Research, Quality Analysis, Pricing Analysis, Sourcing and more.
Graduates and Interns will be assigned to managers who will guide them in delivering excellently and learning while at Dressmeoutlet.com.
Candidates must be sharp, fashionable, stylish, driven, customer-focused, attentive, detail-oriented and intelligent with excellent speaking and writing skills.
Overnight positions available.


10. Model(s) & Warehouse Assistants
Interns & NYSC candidates welcome to apply.
Must be good-looking and very shapely with fit a fit waist and hips.
Outside of modeling, will assist with unloading inventory, pricing, studio preparations and all other tasks related to the position.

11. Dispatch Driver(s)
Must have a minimum of SSCE certificate to apply.

Dressmeoutlet.com is requesting applications from Law graduates who have completed the mandatory Nigerian Law School and have passed the bar exam.


13. Newsletter Editor
Newsletter editor will be solely focused on creating and distributing the best news content coming from Dressmeoutlet.com.
Must be strongly skilled in graphic designing.
Must have a strong passion for quality and excellence.
Must be detail-oriented, hardworking and sociable.
Newsletter editor must speak and write English perfectly.
Must be strongly familiar with all of Dressmeoutlet.com's products and services.
Will work closely with the management team.
