It's true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Breakfast have numerous benefits to your body especially to the brain, because it supplies your brain with the fuel (sugar) necessary to kick off the day.

Skipping breakfast has adverse effects on our body. And it goes a long way to negatively and silently affect you during the day.

But the question now is

"Are you doing your breakfast right or wrong? "

Below are some breakfast mistakes people do frequently

1. Not enough protein

Not including enough protein-foods in our breakfast is wrong.

Most people do have a cut of tea and bread as their breakfast.

But is the milk in the tea really enough?

Why not add a hard-boiled egg to your meal for extra protein.

Just one boiled egg can provide your body with a reasonable amount of protein.

2. Too little fiber

Try to have adequate fiber in your breakfast because.

The more sugar in your breakfast, the faster it digests, and the hungrier you'll be.

Conversely, more fiber will keep you fuller longer.

3. No fat

A meal with no fat can make you hungry again within an hour.

Though, excess fat is bad, but a little fat goes a long way.

4. Not enough food
