(a) Accountant

Job Description

• Facilitate budget defense sessions
• Collate approved unit budgets and contribute actively to the management of budget spends
• Receive vendor invoices and ensure prompt processing for payment
• Ensure accurate entries for all financial accounting operations and produce monthly financial report
• Ensure effective management, maintenance and upgrade of the general ledger as required
• Ensure accurate generation of the trial balance and other profitability reports on a regular basis for relevant personnel

Qualification and Skills
• First degree or its equivalent in financial accounting or any related field with 3 years of working experience as an Accountant
• Financial Reporting and Analysis Skills- Including Collection & Interpretation of Financial Data
Knowledge of Accounts Codes and Charts of Accounts
• Knowledge of the Complete Cycle of Transaction in Financial Processes
• Cash Flow Analysis and Management


(b) Graphics Designer

Job Description

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive designs
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, shirts designs, social media flyers, 3D animations and websites
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies;

Qualification and Skills

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
• A flexible approach when working in a team
• Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
