Depends on how you look at it:

Yours land is: 22.85mx24.50m (approx. 75ft x 80ft) = 559.83sqm

Typical plot of land is either 50ftx100ft or 60ftx120ft:

50ftx100ft is (approx. 15.24mx30.48m) = 464.50sqm

60ftx120ft is (approx. 18.29mx36.57m) = 668.80sqm

So now you can see yours is in-between which you can claim to be one plot too...
