I am a national diploma holder in marine engineering from Maritime Academy of Nigeria and am looking for a shipping company where i will have my seatime as an engine cadet so as to enable me proceed further to have my certificate of competency and i have done all the documents as recommended by NIMASA for one to go onboard.
