funny u, is dat how u tel ur lawyer to takeup ur case and if he wins, u wil now dscus abt payment....if u want a designer to think for u, u pay..so al hs effort thinking and time spent designing somthing won't b a waste even if u dnt lik it at d end. I can see al ur description, u cant even comeup wit any graphical illustration of hw it shld look.....most client without visual illustration are hard to satisfy cuz dey hav no particular design in mind. d implication is dat dey dnt knw wat dey want
