On Monday, 26th of September, neighbors saw the poor girl crying at her madam’s shop at Trade Fair international market where she also served as a shop attendant. When they approached her and saw the bruises on her, they asked her what happened to her and she told them what her madam did to her after beating her over a phone that got lost in their shop during the course of business on Friday. No form of medication was administered to her, not even food up until Monday morning.



Task Force were called, they took the girl to their office, gave her first aid treatment and fed her.

While giving her first aid treatment, so many scars were seen on her body, most noticeable the one on her thigh which was inflicted on her by her madam when she scourged her with an electric iron for burning her cloth while ironing it.

Human rights group was called and they took madam Gold to Alausa.
