I don't do those tweaking and stock ROM things. Is there a way to get it without rooting the phone?

Pls the screen of my phone mi tribe a500 is faulty I took it to an enginneer and they said they couldnt fix it that I will buy a new screen and they dont have. I stay in ibadan pls somebody should help
