Who's your shepherd? Jesus or your local pastor?
The word poimen was rendered as shepherd in John 10:16 and as pastor in Eph 4:11. Therefore, a shepherd is a pastor.
If you're a shepherd, you can't be in the flock of Jesus because Jesus don't shepherd shepherds but sheep.
If you've a pastor, you can't belong to the flock of Jesus because the sheep of Jesus has only one pastor which is Jesus.

Whose flock do you belong to?
To be frank, Jesus has His own flock, Adeboye has his own flock, Joel Osteen has his own flock, Joseph Prince has his own flock, Kenneth Hagin has his own flock etc.
You can't belong to Jesus' flock and Adeboye's flock at the same time
