This story was sent in by one of my friends. She wrote: My name is Ayo and this is a true life story that happened to me. It was on a Sunday in the month of June. I attend daystar Christian centre at oregun. Service was quite interesting on that particular day. So after service, my friend and i went to shoprite at ikeja for shopping and sight-seeing.

It was quite fun because i bought some new clothes and some snacks. So after everything we decided to leave. On our way home, rain started and it was quite heavy. My friend dropped me at a very convenient place to get a bus home. It was still raining when i got to my bus-stop and very heavy too.

It was around 9pm so i entered the rain because it was getting very late. As i was about getting to my house under the rain, i heard a girl shouted JESUS and started running then a guy just came out from a corner and started walking straight to me.

I couldn’t run because the ground was very slippery and muddy. This guy just came to me and because i was so scared, i started pleading with him and he said ‘what is it?’ I said ‘i think say you want rob me’, next thing he started struggling with me and pushed me to the ground.
