Who can interpret this to me?

Not that fast though. Translates to 1.2 megabytes/second (download) and 0.5megabytes/second. I get such speeds on hspa , sure you're on 4g?

Use a better test server, you will likely get better speed. Enter settings of the speed test app, then choose a faster server. your pings is too high, which means the test server is not good.

did you buy the 4g enabled sim or you just swap your existing old normal sim.

My sim was swapped with 4G enabled sim for free.

MTN categorizes sim cards. Those on standard would have to pay for swapping. Those on Platinum wouldn't need to pay. The easiest way of finding out what category your sim is on, just call customer care. If they pick your call within a few seconds, that means it's on Platinum. But if they don't pick, that means it's on Standard.
