Please I need urgent help oooo.

As I was travelling in one of these Marcopolo Bus down to Lagos, before one of these mobile drug sellers started marketing this drug in the bus and made a serious claim that this is the best antibiotics drug (as he has done extensive research on all others including via the internet). But now I would like to throw this question to all my medical students here. Is this true?

Please I need matured answers because I'm curious to know more before consuming it. (He sold it for 1K naira to me)

Its a good drug becos it contains a combination of 2 antibiotics in one.

Do you have any indication to take a drug while travelling? Anyway, how good an antibiotic is depends on the sensitivity of the microorganism in question to it. 1k is costly for a generic drug like that.

Actually cipro is very good but I wouldn't claim its the best. Most times the efficacy of a. Drug depends on the sensitivity of the causative organism I.e the bacteria.

I think its expensive esp in this recession period... There are other cheaper ones I guess
