Not officially announced yet, but if you have phone that supports 4g, then you should be able to use it.

Your Samsung has had 4G since forever simply because you are using a T-mobile variant of Samsung. T-mobile USA coin its 3.5G as 4G, for marketing purpose. That's how their variant of phones are.
