There are Presently Question marks in respect of the final document there from my investigations and until they sort it out, i will not be endorsing it as a place to purchase now! There is nothing wrong with Ogombo as a place but issues of the signing of the documents and recipets are being delayed and being sorted out by the families and anyone buying there would not have their docs signed immediately and because of that, i would not want you to put your hands in fire.

When Ogombo is alright, i would give you the go ahead to advertise it more!
