Dangote has 30,000 hectares of land in LFTZ fenced. The refinery will use less than 10,000 hectares. Dangote Fertilizer is also inside this fenced land. Even presently there is a big building inside the place where important guests sleep. But generally when describing we use the words Dangote Refinery to generalize the whole fenced land. So note: our estate is not in hazardous area. Government approved our estate for Residential and Lagos State government know is far enough from the actual Refinery site.

If you are buying to keep the plot of land as an investment you will not pay any additional fee/charge. YES you will not pay any extra charge. You can sell later at anytime you wish when it appreciate and make good return on your investment.

If you buy land in this our estate and what to build you are expected to pay additional charges whenever you are ready to build. All other estates charge extra fee except they decide not to tell you now or else it is not really an estate, and you have to be careful if truly there is no extra fee.

We don't force any client to start building, you can start whenever you are ready. And the good thing is you can also pay this additional charges in installments. Once is up to 50% of the total amount you can start building. You pay the remaining later installmentally as you build.
