Mikacomic Nig Ltd an Engineering firm located at Onipanu, Lagos requires the service of a Logistic officer and a driver.

Requirement of Driver: at least SSCE certificate, 4 or more years experience and not more than 37 years old.

Requirement for Logistic Officer: B.Sc/HND certificate in related field, 4 or more years experience in logistic with an engineering firm and not more than 38 years old. professional certificate in Logistic is an added advantage.

Job functions include but not limited to:
• Handle all logistics operations including deliveries, handling, quality assurance and inventory.
• Take ownership and be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of materials/equipment.
• Develop and implement methodologies to enable effective execution of logistic plans
• Ensure adequate logistic preparedness through contingency planning and continuous reviews.
• Liaison with vendors and suppliers to the company.
• Preparation of purchase orders and processing to selected vendors and suppliers.
• Proper filing and book keeping of all Logistics documents to ensure full traceability at all times
• In conjunction with the finance department, verify all inbound invoices against previously raised purchase orders.
• Prepare delivery records for engineers out in field to ensure timely deliveries and correspondence
