naptu2: If the rumoured Ashleigh injury is false, our press men in Nigeria should cover their face in shame. The reason why I still find it hard to believe the story even with the Pulse source is cause Ashleigh played the last game week for her team. Things will get clearer before the end of the day. |

Deltamani: Rash Leading by example. Chiamaka should be in camp sha. Her game was on Friday. Rash shouldn't be getting to camp before her. |

naptu2: Seems the story is true after all. So sad. Advantage South Africa. Na prayer we go pray like this.

Its Official 🧾CAMP UPDATE: Defender Jumoke Alani named as replacement for Ashleigh Plumptre, who pulled out due to injury 🤕 vs South Africa 🇿🇦 |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by dkay51(m): 2:48pm On Apr 01 |
Ucheibe should move into Centre back now, Ayinde and Abiodun can do the defensive midfield work without her. 1 Like |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 3:10pm On Apr 01 |
dkay51: So right now we have 1. Osinachi Ohale 2. Chidinma Okeke 3. Shukurat Oladipo 4. Michelle Alozie 5. Nicole Payne 6. Jumoke Alani… This defense line won’t be Bad though. Alozie — Ohale — Okeke — N. Payne Or we no longer trust Okeke anymore to play at this Level?? Or Ucheibe should be brought to the CB and allow btw Okeke and Nicole play Left Back. |

Deltamani:I don't think Okeke will just come in to the team straight. That will.be risky. 2 Likes |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 3:17pm On Apr 01 |
mostob: Are you sounding as if she hasn’t played under Randy before?? With Plumptre out there’s every possibility that she can come in except Ucheibe is been moved there.! |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by lovewins: 3:20pm On Apr 01 |
Deltamani: Uchiebe is more likely to go CB than Okeke starting alongside Ohale I'll rather we go Uchiebe and Ohale, Alozie and Payne/Okeke as wing back. 1 Like |

Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by daveP(m): 3:25pm On Apr 01 |
Deltamani: Randy should just improvise and play 3 defense. We are missing 4key defenders now. That's the closest to chemistry we can get out of this. I thought Alozie is injured? |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by mostob(m): 3:26pm On Apr 01 |
Deltamani:I don't think she has played under Randy before. Ucheibe will probably move to CB |

mostob: Not competitively. But I think she was in one of their summer camps with Randy as coach. So wouldn't be their first interaction. 1 Like |

Okeke cannot and should not be in the back line as a starter. Thats like committing Harakiri! The back 4 should be the same that ended the Cameroon game. Alozie - Ohale - Ucheibe - N. Payne We should be okay Deltamani: |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by AkinDS: 4:18pm On Apr 01 |
She played under Randy in the US Summer series. She started as CB and ended playing as RB against Jamaica and Portugal (or maybe the other way round). She was rather unimpressive during the series. lovewins: |

AkinDS: This crossed my mind but didn't bother to check before posting. Thanks for pointing this out. |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 4:21pm On Apr 01 |
daveP: If you go with 3defense… Okeke and Ucheibe must come in at CB alongside Ohale |
Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 4:22pm On Apr 01 |
LaLiga female U19 best player of the tournament is nobody but our own Olamide Oyinlola who captain her team to semi final although they were out in semifinal but the former Nigeria U17 player won it big..

Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by Deltamani: 4:27pm On Apr 01 |
AkinDS: She only played FB against Jamaica and was later moved to CB when injuries and Substitutions set in… Against USA Randy played 3CB’s Okeke, Onome and Glory Ogbonna Against Portugal she played CB too Alozie- Okeke- Onome- Ogbonna If not for Series of Injuries that disturbed her Okeke isn’t a Bad defender, I just hope she regains the level she was 2018/19. |

solonnachi: No I didn't. I expressed my skepticism while continually asking for and searching for a reputable source. My skepticism also wasn't without foundation, I saw Ashleigh play the last game week. It was in my search I saw the Pulse Sports story. For next time, it's important to include sources for stories as important as this. |
