In london there is still pride for the pedestrian, sometimes I put on my ear plugs and don't even bother to look left or right for upcoming vehicles, as far as my leg touches the zebra crossing then am as safe. In Nigeria it is a whole new ball game. I tried that stunt in Ikorodu yesterday, not only that I was almost knocked over, I was seen as a mumu JJc, the driver shouted curses at me (oju igo, ma gba e danu; I will knock you away), why? We need an agency to enforce this especially at this ikorodu.
