A friend wrote WAEC in 2009 and used the online printout result to secure admission in 2010. She's now in her final year and preparing for clearance. Her school needed the original WAEC certificate to finalise her clearance. She approached her Secondary School and was shocked to discover that her certificate was not part of the ones sent by WAEC to the secondary school even though her name was on the list (waybill). She bought scratch card to re-confirm online but was notified that the result was cancelled. Are there instances where WAEC withdraws a previously released result or is it a database error on WAEC webpage? How can she get the original result from WAEC? Please advise! |
