Please who knows what this means, am tired of MTN! No tariff can hardly stay one month without them changing it.

mtn is a rubbish network. 15% why not make it 50%

It simply means they'll now charge u 15% as service charge as against 10% if u borrow credit from them. Eg, if u borrow N100 before now, they would credit u with N90 as N10 would be service charge. Now, they'll now credit u with N85 and take N15 as service charge.

In simple terms, they increases their service charge by 5%

This is nothing but pure extortion of customers. The interest rate is way too high.. Anyway, the telecommunications market is not monopolized
