Not even using Stanbic again,they had the best rate in the last one year but now they have the worst rate infact black market is better than stanbic card rate at the moment

there's websurfer card from Zenithbank. There's payooner mastercard. There are several companies issuing virtual Credit cards billed in Dollar or Euro. Do more google search on each one to find out more how they works and how to get one.
