A reputable company in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for qualified individual to fill the position of Executive Secretary. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include: Answering phone calls, maintaining effective records, scheduling appointments, taking messages, filing reports, organising and serving meetings(producing agendas and taking minutes), handling correspondence etc.. KEY SKILLS: administrative skills, interpersonal, phone skills, organisational, time management, communication skills, decision making and problem solving skills, proficient in the use of MS Office package and basic applications . QUALIFICATION: B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Studies or related field with up to 2 years working experience in same or similar role, Candidate MUST be resident in Benin City, professional certification is added advantage.
