We have 13 acres of wet land ready for growing vegetables this dry season. As the prices begin to rise, your 4 weeks vegetable will be entering the market.
Soko agric, ewedu, green are quick maturing vegetables. The good thing is that buyer can come to your farm to pick even a trailer load daily provided you can produce. Do a bit of market survey and projected prices around nov/dec.
The land location is on our phase 4 farm site on gidimo road. Off Lukosi bus stop, near olorunsogo power plant on ofada-papalanto road.
TERMS:
1. Land demarcation, clearing and hebicide application will be done before being allocated and issued with allocation paper all witin a week from the day of expression of interest.
2. Depending on your choice of vegetables, you can plant 2days after herbicide application with option to transplant from our nursery if doing soko agric.
3. Cost: Item 1 above is N50/acre.
Item 2 above, fertilizers with labour is 40k. Harvest and sales if transplanted will commence about 3-4 weeeks.

Let us know if the Lukosi is the one before nnpc along Ikorodu/sagamu rd.How is the security there?I am interested if more light is thrown into it.

Lukosi is midway along sagamu-papalanto road. No security issues in the area.

No planting yet. The land is still very wet. Except if you are doing Rice, Sugarcane & plantain.

Land now ready for planting. Good to plant before 3rd november so that your crops will utilise the remaining groung water and harvest before xmas and january depending on your choice of crops.
Vegetables, cucumbers and raddish 4-6 weeks. Watermelon, golden melon, maize and egg plants 8-10 weeks.
