Flakky26 - Put a notice in your cybercafe saying we do NOT allow people to download videos or watch videos on youtube, dailymotion, porn sites or facebook. When people browse those 3 website regularly, it finishes data. Or better yet, install a website blocker on your browsers (e.g. firefox and chrome) or on the system so that when people try to browse Youtube or Dailymotion videos, the websites would not open.

Gone are the days of starcoms, it would have been the best for unlimited surfing.

Except the guy lives in a rural area where they know nothing, this is not applicable. Why do you think pepole still go to cafe if not to download and update.

My advice is for you to get on networks with better plan. I think some networks offer unlimited hourly plan and not mb. If you have enough traffic, your profit is sure.

Another one is bandwidth sharing. Although a guy once used it for me in Ghana and that was the last time I used a cafe there. Because most often the data shared in such situation lower compared to what network providers would give.

The set it in such a way that, the moment you attempt to watch a video, your data nosedive (just like mtn night plan) and it will be very transparent, but you are bound to loose customer.
