A bus ferrying passengers from Mombasa caught fire and burnt completely in the middle of the road. The bus belonging to E-Coach company went up in flames on Hola-Garsen road on its way to Garissa. Even though the passengers escaped unhurt, something interesting had happened earlier. Tana River County Commissioner Isaiah Nakoru revealed that the E-Coach bus had caught fire before but the crew extinguished it and continued with the journey.Nakoru said that the police were investigating the incident even as the crew suspected an electric fault to be the cause of the loss.
