Is it a Nigerian Visa card? Most banks have stopped Nigerian cards. Beside that you may not be able to add a Nigerian card to a US PayPal.

That isn't true! I fund paypal with my Nigerian master card! It works seamless for me!

I think you should try a master card atm card!
I verified my account! About $1 was deducted! Try a master card!

I used my Mastercard for a foreign transaction today. Where did you get this information?

Please tell us the bank you used becos this is a known fact that most Nigerian banks have stopped the use of Master Card Naira for foreign transactions. May be GTBank buh they've reduced transaction limits to $100 per month.

You either used the dollar MasterCard or you're pulling our legs.

The naira MasterCard stopped working some days back and all customers were notified via e-mail.

gtbank still allows their card for international payment and its limited to $250 monthly while atm withdrawal which included in the $250 is limited to $100 monthly. Although most users are experiencing dcc restrictions why use paypal and other site

GTBank's limit is $100 across all channels per month. It no longer allows $250 angry

well, that is what they sent to me recently. According to the message, $100 is for ATM cash withdrawal limit not all channels. All channels is limited to $250 which includes pos/online payment, withdrawal etc
