AN Abuja based movie and entertainment producer, Dorothy Essien, has started an online foodstuffs supplies and catering services. In a chat with Naija Magazine Online, Ms Essien decried the poor quality of foods available to African consumers, arguing that Africans deserve better. ‘I love cooking a lot and I love Africa and everything about it’, she noted. According to her, ‘our menu is strictly African, all our foodstuffs are fresh and not processed. We do not use preservatives for our meals.
