To support activities at our new Abeokuta office, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant. (www.healthucateng.org)

JOB DESCRIPTION
o Execute administrative duties and procedures such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, responding to emails and other office operational procedures.
o Respond to customer enquiries either face to face or on the phone.
o Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops and trainings, both on-site and off-site:
o Keep proper office records/filings as appropriate
o Record minutes of staff meetings and circulates same amongst
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
o Managing existing and building new relationships with service users by communicating company services to specific individuals and groups face-to-face and on the phone.
o Handle social media engagement for effective brand communication and to increase client base.
o Performs other duties or special projects as required.
Requirements/skills

Ideal candidate must possess:
o A minimum of OND in a relevant field with at least 1 – 2 years working experience.
o Exceptional creativity and innovation; Ability to think out of the box and challenge norms.
o Good business, IT, analytical and numerical abilities.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Excellent time management and organizational skills
o The ability to interact well with customers – both internal and external constituents.
o Good grasp of the use of internet for brand building and client engagement.
o Excellent use of MS Office packages. Ability to work with design, software, graphic applications and photo/video-editing software will be an added advantage.
