no local gvt council,no state gvt everything is buhari. Lets learn to channel complains to the appropriate quarters. this kind of a village bridge should have been done by even d local council if the community elders and leaders actually did what should have been done. besides, what makes anyone think the bridge has not been awarded and the money stolen?
