I will like to confirm other users if they have this problem with their Infinix Note 3 (x601). Anytime I am making call outside it very difficult to hear the other party.

Is this same with other users of my phone has an issue. The earpiece volume even at max is just too low.

I used the Infinix Note 2 and didn't have this problem. Any possible solution?

Hello @sentix For how long has this gone on for? Have you attempted to increase the volume while you received a call? Try to. If the problem persists visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to you.
