PROFIBUS TERMINATION

Some of us may have taken note of the red dip switch on the profibus cable but may not fully understand its role .Others may not have taken note of the switch at all. The red dip switch on the profibus connector prevents signal deflection that results from unterminated profibus connection.
   Now let's say you have a bus with one  master and two slaves .At what position will the profibus switches of the connectors be at ?Which of them will be Off / On ?
