I believe I'm a current victim of Napoleon Daniel. Lost my dad recently and was desperate to sell some domains to get some money so I reached out to potential persons that can help outbound to end users. So called Napoleon convinced me that he could help send cold emails using his customized webpage. Till date, I haven't heard from him after few calls i had with him.
