We are a boutique hotel based in Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are looking to hire for the following positions:

Receptionist (Male/Female) - 3 Openings

Must have B.SC/HND/OND.
Candidate must provide evidence of having worked in a reputable hotel in a similar position for at least, 2 years.
Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Candidate must be resident in Lagos, preferably Yaba, Surulere, Victoria Island, Lekki, Oniru, Ikoyi and Ajah axis
Candidate must be well versed in Hotel Front Desk Operations and demonstrate proficiency in OTA billing and management.
Candidate must not be older than 37 years and have a strong personality with leadership skills.
Candidate must be open to working flexible shifts and understand the use of Hotel Software (Opera & Micros)

Head Chef/Chef De Parte - 1 Opening

The Executive Chef is responsible for the production of high quality standard of food in the hotel outlets
He is responsible to maximize the guest expectations by continuously training and developing the kitchen staff
He is responsible for the Health and Safety and Hygiene within the kitchen department.
To ensure the maximization of profitability of food and controlling cost and expenses
To monitor the food cost of sales on a weekly basis
To maintain the budgeted food cost of sales
To ensure the production of high quality of food
To design and cost menus for restaurant, room-service and bar.

Bartender & Waitress - 2 Openings

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have B.SC/HND/OND in relevant/applicable qualification as per job description.
Must provide evidence of having worked in position applied for at least, a minimum of 2 years.
Must look presentable - good dress sense, professional demeanour and good command of English.
Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools.
At least 2 year of experience working in an upscale boutique hotel is mandatory.
Open to working flexible hours and able to multi-task.

Salary: Industry Standard and Negotiable
