Please this evening, my hspa usb modem developed a problem. My computer can't detect it. I tried it on two other computers; windows 7 and Window 8, and it wasn't detected. Please what's the problem? Please Help!

When you plug it in, there's no indication that something just got plugged in? No sound or notification?

Take a look at the inside: if one of the USB port terminals of the modem got disengaged, then soldering it back would do the trick.

But if one of the components are fried, well, you might as well give up on that.

If there's any notification if you plug it in, I'ld have hinted at the modem drivers.

Whenever i plug it into the system, its blue light glows but nothing happen. What's the cause?

Do you have another modem installed in the system?

no. I bought it new last year. Never opened the casing.
