I've been to Primewater View, it's nothing like a Treasure Garden flat . . . . certainly no boys' quarters. From what I saw (a relative lives there), Primewater is derteriorating fast, elevators are unreliable, incredibly poor workmanship along with very poor materials used in the construction. One of the 8 blocks actually leans forward.

No real planning for parking, 107 flats cramped into the space, no playground for those that have kids and high service charges considering the number of flats. Early predictions are that values in Primewater will erode fast.
