This scholarship is awarded to proven talented students from outside Europe to further eligible Master’s programmes being offered by the University of Amsterdam.

Scholarship value/duration:
Amsterdam Excellence Scholarship is a full scholarship of €25,000 covering tuition and living expenses for one academic year with the possibility of extension for a second year for two-year Master’s programmes.
Eligibility:
Non-EU students from any discipline who graduated with a second class honor (higher division) and above may apply. Students are being selected on the basis of academic excellence.

Applications are made through the Admissions Offices of the Graduate Schools. Visit the Graduate School websites for more concrete information. Deadlines for the AES differ per Graduate School but is either 15 January 2017 or 1 February 2017.
