Remembering FMCASH! What a loss!
I use as much as 6-8% limestone (6-8kg per 100kg feed) in feed especially at finisher level with no adverse effects. I use enzyme to extract as much phosphorus as possible from the feed.

If you grow broilers and feed ad libitum, 1 week the chicks will be crawling or struggling to walk. From experience, applying 0.5kg to 1kg limestone per 25kg finished feed will stop that nonsense and make all walk upright in days.
