Hello Web masters in the house. I paid a sum of $300 to New Horizon account for MTA which could take five months. Fortunately I got my study permit outside NIGERIA for Information Systems Security same day I paid and I have to resume asap. I notified the lady in charge about new developments and need for a refund. I wrote a refund letter and attached proof of other study outside NIGERIA. It's two weeks now and they have been giving me silly excuses. I haven't filled any form or captured on their system. Anybody been in a similar situation?

This one get as e be. Nigeria is one place that it is very hard to get refunds and this is probably captured in new Horizon's Terms and Conditions. Though i don't know what it says but you may need to go there physically to put pressure on them. But don't expect the entire amount. They might pinch 10% tight from it.
