My assertions is only limited to the personality of Jose, though I never want to say much about this issue, guess I'm now forced to.

Murinho has earned a reputation for himself as being controversial, hence the heavy criticism he is being greeted with daily, he has set high standards for himself which he must reclaim or surpass, in recent times we have seen his team struggling to win games.

Staying with the controversy he seem to have stir up in teams he had managed in the past should be something of concern as it affects the team, example of such was with Sergio Ramos while at Madrid and a doctor at Chelsea, and most recently the unfair treatment of swinchtiger.

No one would of such attitude.
