"No matter what, people grow. If you chose not to grow, you are staying in a small box with a small mindset. People who win go outside of the box. It is very simple when you look at it"-Kevin Hart

" Your mindset is your first step to success"- Chinedu Jeff Nwaiwu.

Your mindset determines how far or successful you will go in life. Your growth and development lies on your positive or negative thinking. Most people are filled with negativity and skeptical thoughts and such kind of mindset will only bring them down and encourage lackadaisical attitude. Positive mindset is a critical mind whose aim is to achieve set goals.

Always reach out for the stars, dream big and take the risk of achieving that dream. Don't use your past failures as references for reasons not to strive in the present. Your past experience and failures should be seen as inevitable challenges and obstacles which will also strengthen and guide you to become a better person.

The height of your positive mindset determines the height of your achievements. Don't have a fixed mindset, a fixed mindset is when you believe your intelligence, strength, talents and other basic qualities have a certain limit and cannot be surpassed. A growth mindset means there is no limit to your success. Your Strength, talents and intelligence will develop over time.

Once is a while you need to do the unthinkable. Take the bull by the horns and go for the best shot. Procrastination should be your worst enemy. Do things out of your comfort zone and your passion for success will double. Humans are naturally lazy, this time your need to be a super-human, don't give room for that stereotype.

Be passionate to learn from others. Celebrate other people's success and you will be celebrated. Be gratitude for every skills learn from experienced people. Always hangout with positive minded people who can influence your resilient spirit and make you a better person.

The state of your health and mind is very important. Always eat good food and exercise routinely. Good food and regular exercise keeps the body and mind active and focused.

Conclusion
You alone can design your own destiny coupled with prayers and meditations. Failure should not be a threat to you for every successful man and woman today were once a failure. Let that failure be a source of inspiration to you and double your resilience to succeed.

It's patent the writer nailed it all, your mindset is the first step to achieve what your goals and aims in life would be. Be positive in your thinking, hold a strong motive that would energize your believe. Avoid falling into unfavourable perversion - focus your dealings on whatsoever success you crave for, placate yourself towards such big picture.
