1. SELLER PROVIDES SPA DRAFT/ATS/BL AND PARTIAL POP OF THE CARGO SHIPMENT.
2. BUYER RETURNS THE SIGNED CONTRACT WITH HARBOUR MASTERS AND SHIPPING CARGO AGENTS DETAILS FOR NOR AND ETA.
3. BUYER SWIFTS PRE-ADVICE MT799 TO NOTIFY SELLER’S BANK OF THE PREPARATION OF FUND FOR THIS CONTRACT SHIPMENT.
4. SELLER’S CAPTAIN ISSUES NOR AND ETA, SELLER PTOVIDES ORIGINAL ATS/POP OF THIS SHIPMENT TO BUYER’S BANK.
5. BUYER’S BANK SWIFTS MT799 TO SELLER’S BANK WITHIN ONE BANKING DAY AFTER NOR.
6. UPON RECEIPT OF THE SWIFT ABOVE, SELLER ISSUES NEW FULL POP IN BUYER’S NAME TO BUYER.
7. AFTER BUYER PROVIDES TANK FARM DETAILS, VESSEL SAILS TO BUYER’S PORT AND DISCHARGES THE CARGO INTO BUYER’S STORAGE TANKS.
8. SELLER ISSUES DTA TO BUYER, WITHIN 24 HOURS BUYER CONDUCTS CIQ TO DO QNQ DIP TEST.
9. BUYER SENDS COPIES OF THE QNQ REPORT TO BUYER’S BANK AND TO THE SELLER, AND SELLER SENDS COPY TO THE SELLER’S NOMINATED BANK.
10. AFTER BUYER PERFORMS SUCCESFUL DIP TEST, WITHIN 3 BANKING DAYS BUYER PAYS BY MT103 OR T/T TO SELLER’S NOMINATED ACCOUNT.
11. SELLER TRANSFERS OWNERSHIP TO BUYER.
12. YEARLY CONTRACT TO BE SETTLED.

What happened to the genuine seller you posted about last year ? Did they come out to be scammers? I have a genuine seller , but i dont trust anyone on nairaland again with their false claims of having buyers.

I still have a genuine seller but he doesn't want to do a spot deal in China. He prefers CIF. If you have a real seller who is ready to provide POP, ATS and follow the stated procedure, you can bring him up.

Procedure for the loaded cargo(China water) after the potential genuine buyer confirm the P.O.P related documents:

14.1. Seller issues Sales Purchase Agreement. (S.P.A). Buyer sign's and
return with port of discharge and ATB/NOR Format details,
Supercargo/Inspector’s International passport data page ID card. The
electronic signed copy of SPA by both parties is considered legally binding
and enforceable.



14.2. Buyer will provide/issue BLOCKED FUNDS OF ONE MILLION Dollars ($1,00
0,000.00)per Vessel for INSPECTION FEES and MATB/CLEARANCE to Seller’s
Fiduciary Account ( THROUGH MT103 AND THIS AMOUNT
WILL BE DEDUCTIBLE  ON THE FINAL COMMERCIAL INVOICE (CI) FOR PAYMENT OR
GIVE MT 799,MT 760,BG FOR FULL CARGO.



14.3. Upon Seller’s confirmation of Buyer’s payment for inspection Fees,
Seller provides full shipping documents to the Buyer in buyers name as
below;



1. ATS.

2. BILL OF LADING

3. CARGO MANIFEST.

4. CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY.

5. CERTIFICATE OF QUANTITY.

6. UILLAGE REPORT.

7. MASTER RECEIPT OF SAMPLE.

8. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN. ETC.



14.4. Vessel clears port and sails to Buyer’s Port of Discharge. (China
etc). The Loaded

Vessel issues NOR/ETA to Buyer’s port of discharge POD and issue MATB to
Buyer’s

Inspection team for boarding.



14.5. Independent inspectors conduct Quality and Quantity Analysis on the
vessel. On

Successful conclusion of Q&Q analysis, all original cargo documents shall
be sent to

Buyer/Buyer's Bank.

14.6. Vessel docks and discharges its contents.



14.7. Within 48 to 72 hours after the vessel has discharged its cargo at
Buyer’s Tank

And Buyer has received the Discharge Report and CIQ has confirmed Q&Q,
Buyer’s Bankmakes payment by T/T to Seller’s nominated Bank Account and to
the accounts of all beneficiaries named in this contract.
