Four-meter-long pythons used to be found in the bush, but it is not so these days, as Fanie Cilliers discovered earlier in the week. He caught an incredible four-meter-long rock python at a home in South Africa. Here is Cilliers (in yellow shirt), his wife, and three others displaying the snake.

Cilliers’ feat is no mistake, which is why he has been called ‘the snakeman’. He is popular for his exploits with pythons. Here are past photos showing the pythons he has caught.

Four-meter-long pythons used to be found in the forest, but they are now migrating to homes. So next time you leave the door to your house open, know that they just might be lurking around.
